As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals. You will lead a talented marketing team, manage budgets, and collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital, traditional, and event platforms Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve KPIs and deliver results Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities Oversee marketing campaigns, advertising, branding, and communications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with sales and product initiatives Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend for maximum ROI Build and maintain relationships with key partners, agencies, and vendors Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred) Minimum 7-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and business growth Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics tools Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills Strategic thinker with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment Will be required to liase with China Counter Party Familiar with China Marketing Strategies Able to travel often between Singapore, China, and other locations as needed * Minimum of 2 years of experience in the securities and/or fintech industry
