Actively engaging key customers and partners, closely tracking market trends to identify and pursue new opportunities and also improve the APAC regions' existing market position.
Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, channel and solution teams to generate market awareness and develop a pipeline.
Analyse cloud market insight, develop differentiation strategy, and drive broader & deeper adoption and optimal use of and experience with Alibaba Cloud services.
Focuses on delivering research and advice to product management, while also advising senior IT leaders and management for technology adoption to support digital transformation in the APAC region.
Develops and operates regional marketing COE capabilities and improves organizational capabilities.
Developing and managing the marketing budget.
Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Work closely with the company’s ecosystem partners, industry associations, etc to execute key marketing activities, events and campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor or master's degree in computer science and technology, electronic engineering, or marketing preferred.
At least 8 years of marketing experience in the ICT industry.
A strong understanding of the cloud computing industry, proficiency in cloud-native big data, AI, and IoT knowledge of solutions for industries such as the Internet, government, finance, automobile, and industrial.
Experience working in marketing (e.g. technology marketing, brand management, strategy consulting, and/or working with agencies).
Experience in creating campaigns that drive engagement and generate market awareness and business pipeline.
Marketing skills such as market analysis, product management, digital marketing, and strategic planning.
Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
Must be an excellent verbal and written communicator, comfortable preparing marketing materials, and presentations, and speaking in front of groups.
Mandarin is essential in order to communicate between teams in China and other countries in the region.
