Marketing Director
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Director with solid understanding of the FX/Gambling/Crypto/Binary industry, its players, platforms, business models and current marketing strategies to launch a new revolutionary product for the global market.Requirements: 5+ years experience in a similar role; Knowledge of CIS, Asian and/or African markets; Excellent understanding of affiliate marketing within the industry; An established network of IBs and partners would be considered an advantage; Ability to prepare annual marketing plans, set budgets and analyze the market and competitors; Fluent in English. Russian language is an advantage.Job Responsibilities: Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the company; Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy; Develop a brand strategy; Set and administer an annual marketing budget; Create and manage an affiliate relationship and market expansion strategy; Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary; Manage and refine the company's social media presence; Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs; Identify new business opportunities and conduct market research.Work location: Dubai, remote working is also possible.Reporting line: CEO.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:
