JOB DESIGNATION: SENIOR DIRECTOR, MARKETING Job Title: Senior Director, Marketing Report: Chief Executive Officer Coverage: Singapore for Global Relationship: \xc2\xb7 Internal: Sales/Telemarketing, Delivery team, Human Resource, Finance \xc2\xb7 External: Agencies, Customers/Partners COMPANY PIF Capital is a Small Medium Enterprise (SME) focused consultancy firm, which has a singular aim to help SMEs all over the world, to fast track their companies\xe2\x80\x99 growth leveraging on the know-how and execution of Capital mechanism. We wanted to develop not only convectional but Capital Entrepreneurs. We are creating a vibrant Asia Capital Community with our membership program and via our preview events, whereby we openly and generously share to proliferate the \xe2\x80\x98\xe2\x80\x99power\xe2\x80\x99\xe2\x80\x99 of capital. Through our deep understanding of the pain points of SMEs, we tailor-make each and every of our program to hand hold aspiring SMEs to prepare them for their exciting corporatization journey toward public listing (IPO) and beyond. CRITERIONS \xc2\xb7 Dissect current company\xe2\x80\x99s marketing gaps and propose up-to-date effective marketing strategy \xc2\xb7 Propose and formulate an effective budget and roadmap, including content generation, customer acquisition, brand awareness/outreach, brand positioning, marketing control, etc. \xc2\xb7 Prioritize marketing deployments versus budget, ROI, and effectiveness \xc2\xb7 Differentiate and customize/segmentize marketing initiatives to expeditiously widen outreach \xc2\xb7 Spearhead and lead entire marketing team achieving KPIs (i.e. event participation, sales, etc.) \xc2\xb7 Hands-on and well verse in both convectional and digitalized marketing plays \xc2\xb7 Lead to craft, deploy and achieve targeted digital marketing leads, event participation rate, and followers \xc2\xb7 Lead to deploy omni-marketing through social media, event, digitalized spaces, etc. \xc2\xb7 Able to propose new digital tools/contents to enhance effectiveness of marketing campaigns \xc2\xb7 Able to implement, track, improvise and report on KPI \xc2\xb7 Take full ownership into product development roadmap and crystalize applicable innovative solutions \xc2\xb7 Deep understanding of product knowledge (comprehensive training is provided) \xc2\xb7 Lead and explore various governmental grants to reinforce marketing competency \xc2\xb7 Provide leadership know-how, mentorship and management to gel the team for optimal execution \xc2\xb7 Frame and manage outsourcing marketing agencies in achieving company\xe2\x80\x99s objectives \xc2\xb7 Participate in sales activities to better understand, devise, and improvise marketing strategies \xc2\xb7 Support sales team to achieve their KPIs \xc2\xb7 Able to work and multi-task independently, both effectively and efficiently with speed as centricity \xc2\xb7 Team player COMPETENCIES \xc2\xb7 Proficient in digital marketing, platform marketing (Google SEO, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.) \xc2\xb7 Proficient in strategy versus budget management; content, data analytic, predictive, search engine optimization \xc2\xb7 Natural flair in linguistic and language writing (English and Chinese a must) \xc2\xb7 Tech-savvy and a good understanding of marketing web-tools and platforms \xc2\xb7 Strong communicator/presenter/convincer (clear and precise manner) \xc2\xb7 Sharp and sensitive in formulating marketing angles \xc2\xb7 Well verse in Microsoft office and any designer software \xc2\xb7 Solution provider \xc2\xb7 Objective and task oriented \xc2\xb7 Confident and abreast with latest marketing strategies \xc2\xb7 Fast pace and pro-active CHARACTER \xc2\xb7 Can Do + Positive \xc2\xb7 Self-Motivated + Energetic \xc2\xb7 Resourceful + Creative \xc2\xb7 Relish challenges + Open-minded \xc2\xb7 People person + Relationship builder \xc2\xb7 Fast + Empathy skill \xc2\xb7 Discipline + Structured CREDENTIALS \xc2\xb7 Proven Grade A Marketer, previously as Director or senior management \xc2\xb7 Minimum 8 years of experience in similar leadership role (willing to assess candidate with at least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience but aspiring with strong fundamental) \xc2\xb7 Proven track record of effecting successful marketing strategies leveraging on content, data, outreach, and tools, notwithstanding convectional marketing play \xc2\xb7 Conversant in English, Chinese, Dialect \xc2\xb7 Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising/Media related \xc2\xb7 Other related certificate/s is a plus COMPENSATION \xc2\xb7 Basic + Bonus + Employee Share option \xc2\xb7 S$100K - 150K annually CAREER \xc2\xb7 Promotion pathway; Senior Management of a listed company \xc2\xb7 Acquire Skills; Management, Leadership, Mentorship \xc2\xb7 Acquire Know-how; Business Model (Scalable & Sustainable) \xc2\xb7 As Capital Entrepreneur, Entrepreneurship environment & development Interested candidates do send us your resume via WhatsApp or Telegram to 87141919.
