Manage internal & external corporate events
Handle event sales such as response client\xe2\x80\x99s enquiries, sales calls, site visits and cold calling to generate business leads to meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
Prepare contracts, quotations, event orders and event floor plans
Ensure all menu proposals are presented to the client accurately & effectively
Manage relationships pre-event, during and post-event.
Manage restaurants\xe2\x80\x99 branding, social media marketing channels, website content, monthly EDMs
Design marketing materials for all outlets
Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

Good communication skills, including writing and proof reading skills
Creative and able to think out-of-the-box
Independent and able to work with minimal supervision when needed
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Candidates with at least 2 years experiences in F&B events & marketing preferred
