We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and hands-on Marketing & Events Executive to bring SOCIETYA and our exciting new retail brands to our audience. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES MARKETING
will be considered for Senior Executive positionStrong experience with Marketing and Social Media strategies
- Assist the General Manager in executing the annual marketing and events calendar that delivers consistent messages across all touchpoints
- Define marketing objectives, and the related KPIs, managing the budget together with the internal and external resources assigned.
- Responsible for the definition and execution of the integrated marketing and communication plan and the relegated declination to customer journey that enhance existing assets and touchpoints and aimed at developing in-store traffic.
- Work with content & social media leads on ensuring your messaging is delivered on our communications channels
- Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels and efforts Oversee the activities conducted in engaging customers through effective mailing list communications i.e. eDMs, e-lookbooks and more.
- Develop partnerships with aligned brands with the objective of growing our audience
- Plan and execute brand events and marketing activations
- Develop and implement commercial action plan to grow the business e.g., targeting, clientele categories (local/tourists), incentive programs, slow movers etc
- Liaise with merchandizing team on products; provide feedback for product development Liaise with retail team to plan right activities and events in-store to develop strong customers engagement.REQUIREMENTSBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or relevant fields

- Experience in fashion or retail company is a plus!
- Experience in creative directing marketing collaterals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
