Coordinate promotion plans with all non-gaming areas to drive acquisition and retention, promote upward loyalty, incentivize reward earning and redemption.
Coordinate and liaise collateral and media briefs, production and distribution with creative and media team.
Coordinate with Guest Relationship Marketing on scheduling and deployment of members communications
Assist to work with Special Events for member activities.
Manage and tabulate reports as required.
Coordinate with Finance and IT for promotion set-up where needed.
Handle internal and external enquiries where applicable.
Other administrative responsibilities.
Other duties as directed by management
Job RequirementsEducation & Certification
College degree in Business or Marketing.
Excellent command in MS Suite and good knowledge in MS Project.
Experience
One to two years of collateral production, marketing and advertising experience is preferred
Other Prerequisites
Experience in loyalty marketing in retail, travel and financial institution environment, both on marketing and operational levels, will be an advantage.
Must be detailed oriented with strong inter-personal skills.
