Optimize campaigns for identified key markets to ensure delivery of campaign objectives.
Ensure timely delivery of marketing deliverables to promote each Brand /Signature Experience
Liaise with respective Business Units and clusters to consolidate information and ideate marketing solutions for each Brand/ Signature Experience; consolidate information for marketing communication.
Liaise with internal or external creative teams to develop core marketing assets and adaptations for campaigns.
Liaise with media agency to coordinate media deliverables, track, and optimize campaign performance.
Work with eCommerce team to create and update campaign landing page(s), ensuring optimized UX and content relevance.
Work closely with internal departments such as PR & communications, social media and eCommerce to develop an integrated marketing campaign.
Provide on-ground support for each Brand/ Signature Experience to ensure all on-property branding and marketing mechanics are seamlessly implemented.
Support brand collaborations, host stays and filming opportunities from collaborations with travel KOLs, ambassadors, and content curators.
Collaborate and leverage loyalty partnership marketing.
Manage all marketing administrative matters including finance, legal and procurement matters
Job RequirementsEducation & Certification
Degree in Business or Marketing field or related field preferred
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, including advertising and promotions
Other Prerequisites
Independent, results oriented creative thinker
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Good understanding of end-to-end campaign management
Strong analytical skills and business acumen
Strong executional, time-management and prioritization skills, with strong attention to details
Pro-active, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment under pressure and able to multi-task
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Enthusiastic about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model.
