Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accountable for the efficient management of marketing and advertising strategies for maximum results.
• Leads marketing research as input to hospital development initiatives.
• Handles internal and external communication activities (e.g., cascading of promotions, etc.)
• Develops advertisements and communicates the hospital name and service offerings to target markets and medical talents.
• Maintains good communication and working relationships with customers/patients.
• Conducts customer satisfaction surveys and monitors action responses to customer issues.
• In-charge of marketing commercial and clinic spaces in the hospital and attracting physicians.
• Leads in the understanding of tenants needs, responding to their requests and continually assessing their satisfaction with the property amenities.
• Manages tenant relationships and leads in establishing policies (including rent collection policies, late fees and security deposit requirements), as well as getting involved in any dispossessory proceedings.
• Spearheads community social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and provides assistance in financial matters of patients.
• Coordinates in Business Development and provides inputs on existing market and sales studies/analyses.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
• 3+ years demonstrable experience in performance marketing role(s)
• Excellent project and time management skills
• Experience with end-to-end strategy development and execution
• Experience analyzing marketing campaigns & traffic patterns to determine if they are meeting business objectives
• A natural team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in a hospital setting is a plus.
