SUMMARY:The Operations/Marketing Head ensures all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost effective way. He/She will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and best practices.JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree of any (4) Four year course
  • At least 2-3 years Relevant work experience in employee especializing in Hotel Management
  • Must be willing to be assigned in General Santos City
  • Can Start as soon as possible
Bachelor degreeDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES1.Handles full Operations (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping and Security)2. Able to manage the employees roster of duty taking into consideration the occupancy of the hotel.3. Makes sure all guest/room charges are settled prior to guest departure.4. Coordinate accordingly with Housekeeping for all room movements.5.Makes sure Property is safe, clean, sanitized, organized and operating smoothly.6. Ability to develop startegies and business plans to improve and increase hotel occupancy and revenue.7. Knowledge in managing social media to build awareness about the hotel's products and services is a plus.8. Ability to come up with strategies to target former guests and attempt to attract new guests.9. Ability to be flexible in the changing marketing trends and activities.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:
