What will you do?

We\'re on a steep growth trajectory and are looking for an experienced marketeer to help fuel that growth in Asia Pacific. Following a carve-out from our previous premium brand owner, we\'ve launched our dss+ name in early 2022. Driving brand awareness and equity whilst empowering our go to market teams with marketing programmes and assets to enable our growth is the primary desired outcome for this role.

You will:

  • Drive the development of the regional marketing plan in alignment with the global marketing strategy and regional priorities.
  • Collaborate with market, industry and practice leaders to translate our brand positioning and go to market offering into a cohesive, consistent, and impactful execution plan, across the full range of marketing and communications techniques.
  • Oversee and contribute to quality marketing campaigns and assets.
  • Coach our customer-facing personnel on the marketing component of their role.
  • Demonstrate return on marketing investment.
  • Lead a team of 4, each individual supporting their local market: in ASEAN, Australia, China, and India, with the added input of various agencies across the region.
Who are you?
  • You will have at least 15 years\' experience in marketing, gained in a B2B environment - even better if some of your time has been spent marketing consulting organisations.
  • You have a detailed understanding of brand advocacy and client acquisition lifecycles, and can demonstrate how your past marketing efforts have contributed to brand equity and lead generation.
  • You are as agile on the most recent digital marketing techniques as the more traditional ones; our AP target base offers a broad range of preferred engagement approaches.
  • You have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, with fluent English a pre-requisite.
  • This is a hands-on leadership role, and you will enjoy reviewing copy and coaching your team just as much as the more strategic aspects of the position.
  • Internal stakeholder management is critical: our consultants are both our service delivery personnel and our brand ambassadors. Bringing them on the marketing journey is essential to your success.
