You will be joining a well-established Fashion and Lifestyle e-Retailer that has Global presence. Due to expansion plans, they are looking for a Marketing Lead to oversee marketing activities across SEA and spearhead the development of a new region.
Key Responsibilities
As the Marketing Lead, you would be involved in strategic and tactical activities including monitoring e-commerce industry trends and devising market and brand strategies for specific regions, encompassing growth strategies, market assessments, and operational models. Additionally, you would be involved in market research and analysis on competitors\' movement, staying informed about key issues and policies. The role also entails launching new marketing projects based on research and data analysis, understanding performance metrics to boost e-commerce revenue, and setting and managing key performance indicators for the marketing team to achieve their goals.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will come with min. 3+ years in top tier Internet/E-commerce/FMCG industry, or Top-Tier consultancy with expertise in Consumer Goods / Retail / E-Commerce / FMCG verticals. You should be very data-driven and have experience on SEA coverage, including the Philippines region, with background in strategic planning and experience in measuring relevant KPIs.
Business Professional Mandarin proficiency is essential for this role as well for communication purposes with stakeholders. Having start-up / building projects from scratch experience would be a plus.
Salary ranges up to $240k p,a, excluding bonuses and depending on experiences.
