Our client is the largest resale platform for designer kids & maternity fashion in Asia. Their platform solution of frictionless online consignment removes the traditional hassle of children\'s wear trade whilst campaigning for a circular fashion future. They have been operating in Hong Kong since 2016, in Singapore since 2021 and have plans to grow internationally. They are currently looking for an integrated marketing leader to help lead, drive and grow the business through marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Define marketing strategy, identify high-leverage opportunities for revenue generation
own marketing budget, build data-driven hypotheses for improving marketing performance, and execute.
Potential to lead and manage a team of 1 to 2
REQUIREMENTS
At least 5 years working experience in performance marketing/all hats marketing role
Prior experience with performance marketing with a consumer/tech company, start-up or SME with results to showcase retention and acquisition strategies and execution.
SEO, SEM, Meta, Affiliate, social content etc.
Proven ability to work well with teams and leadership capacity
Experience managing marketing budget
Adept at data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with target demographic - parents (particularly mothers)
Prior experience with creative content generation and a solid grasp of design concepts
Comfortable working in software such as Illustrator, InDesign, Canva or Photoshop a plus
Fluent English. Cantonese is a benefit but not necessary
Available to work in Hong Kong or Singapore with a working visa
Have the ability to work independently and be self-motivated while still working within an entrepreneurial team environment
