We are looking for a Marketing Lead to drive our DeFi Marketing team at Struct Finance. In addition, qualified candidates should have solid experience building acquisition, retention strategies and engaging with our growing community. He/She will work in a fast-paced environment, collaboratively working with the Marketing and Tech teams and co-founders to create and execute core business strategies. Responsibilities Create strategies for the Marketing team, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative content Groom and prioritize the marketing backlog to assess strategic initiatives Execute all content marketing tasks as planned in the marketing board Develop a strong and identifiable brand position and narrative around Struct Finance that is in support of the business's team initiative through campaign execution, strategic direction, media planning, creative development, market research, etc Ensure our brand message is clear and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (e.g. digital content, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material) Set up the right marketing KPIs to achieve business goals and community goals Deliver measurable impact through digital marketing, creative campaigning, community growth and publicity efforts Manage go-to-market initiatives for new Struct's products and features Keep up with trends, lead performance marketing and social media teams to execute on online and offline marketing campaigns Track, measure and analyse all initiatives to report on paid marketing ROI Work on offsite marketing channels like SEO, SEM, and email with product teams to grow acquisition and improve retention. Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly content delivery plans. Review annual budgets for the Marketing team. Manage the marketing team and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders Requirements 3 to 5+ years of marketing experience using a broad marketing mix, management consulting experience or customer focused product experience Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to get high-quality results Has driven consumer growth and engagement in large consumer company or fast-growing startups as a marketing leader Has a strong functional leadership track record Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, goal and performance-driven person Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with our crypto community as frequently as possible Knowledge of Crypto/DeFi or strong interest in the space is a MUST Team spirit strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders Summary of Struct Finance Struct Finance is a structured product derivatives protocol on DeFi.
