The Job

We are looking for a Marketing Lead to join our core leadership team and drive the company’s marketing efforts to grow the Fragnova Ecosystem. This role will report directly to the COO, and cover all aspects of Marketing including Social, Articles, Paid Media, PR, and Comms.

Your role will also include:

• Managing the overall recruitment and personnel strategy for the organization.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard a diverse and high performing team.
• Helping employees reach their full potential by facilitating learning and development.
• Implement key personnel systems.
• Develop and grow the company culture.

Requirements

Essentials

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing functions in a technology-based business.
• Experience and knowledge in Gaming, Blockchain or other Web3 related technologies.
• Solid project management, planning, and execution skills of Marketing campaigns.
• Comms and PR experience representing major brands.
• Ability to get hands on with community management and fan engagement.
• Ability to write and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability and/or experience working remotely as a part of a distributed team.
• Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision.
• Eagerness to work openly and collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Experience managing and leading business teams in a startup environment.
• A strong passion for Gaming and Blockchain Technology.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with major Blockchain technologies and technical developments in the ecosystem
• Direct experience in launching new blockchain projects, tokens, or gaming products.
• Strong knowledge of the traditional Gaming and Blockchain Gaming spaces
• Ability to be based in Singapore as a core team member
