A leader in the FMCG industry is currently seeking an experienced candidate to join its team as a Marketing Manager (Branding).Job Responsibilities:
Develop and lead marketing, branding and communication strategies, market research, media planning and promotions
Be the key driver in marketing development and campaigns, budgeting, brand share and volume growth
Responsible for brand communications that cover ATL national campaigns and new brand visual IDs developed by HQ for local through-the-line development and channel visibility
Responsible for key relations with ATL, Media, Digital and PR agencies, external media partners, regional office and key internal stakeholders within organization
Research and analyze the marketplace and target consumer to proactively respond to changing customer demands, market trends and gain insights on the consumer
Work closely with Channel Marketing and Sales teams to drive integration and execution of plans
Manage day-to-day activities associated to all marketing efforts
Job Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree in Business/ Marketing or equivalent
Possess 5 - 7 years of experience in brand management (preferably from the F&B/ FMCG industry)
Strong analytical and project management skills
