We are seeking a

strategic and creative Marketing Manager

to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the company's brand voice and narrative through well-crafted marketing materials, campaigns, and events.


You will translate business objectives into clear and compelling messages, ensuring consistency and excellence across all marketing touchpoints -- from corporate presentations and brochures to partnership collaterals and event branding.





Key Responsibilities:



Brand & Strategy



Develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and strengthen market positioning. Shape the company's brand messaging and ensure consistent tone, visual identity, and storytelling across all materials. Translate complex ideas into accessible, audience-focused narratives that reflect the company's purpose and values.
Ma

rketing Collateral & Materials



Lead the development of marketing assets including brochures, corporate decks, event visuals, videos, and written materials. Work closely with designers, writers, and internal stakeholders to create cohesive and high-impact marketing content. Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and deliver a strong, professional image across channels.

Campaigns & Events



Plan and manage marketing campaigns, corporate initiatives, and partnership activities from concept to execution. Oversee branding and creative production for events, exhibitions, and key presentations. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver polished, on-brand outcomes.

Research & Insights



Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and benchmarks. Track and report on marketing performance and effectiveness to inform future strategies.

Requirements



Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced or creative environment. Proficient in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages as one needs to manage our English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders. Strong skills in brand messaging, storytelling, and marketing communication. Proven experience developing marketing materials across multiple formats. Excellent project management and coordination skills, with attention to detail and timelines. Proficiency in presentation and layout tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). * Collaborative and resourceful, with the ability to work across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
