OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITY To be in charge of clinic sales and promotional activities catering to the clinic sector and to be chiefly responsible for the increase in clinic business volume and market share of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s products & services in Singapore. PLANNING & IMPLEMENTATION OF PRODUCT/SERVICE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES, SALES & MARKETING PLANS AND STRATEGIES
- To implement marketing strategies and plans to capture the clinic market share in Singapore.
- To work closely with the Marketing Executives/Business Development Executives in the servicing of existing clientele and to target for new clients.
- To coordinate closely with laboratory personnel to ensure clients requirements are met to their satisfaction.
- To seek, source, identify and develop new business for the Company.
- Establish and maintain relationships with business partners to facilitate and promote business development and generation of contracts.
- To plan clinic business development strategies to expand present market position and business growth.
- To monitor and ensure smooth implementation of sales & marketing plans and strategies, sales promotion of the products/services and advertising & promotion campaigns.
- To plan and execute new & existing product/service launches, prepare and conduct sales presentations to customers and to supervise, plan and implement any clinic promotions.
- Any other duties to be assigned from time to time by management.
- To provide and coordinate sales & marketing administration and to conduct market trend analysis & research, competitors\xe2\x80\x99 promotions & activities and also to provide sales forecast and budget.
- To monitor/work closely with Clinic Marketing Executives in Singapore and to manage, provide guidance, direction and motivation to the marketing team to exceed the Company\xe2\x80\x99s sales and volume expectation.
- To be responsible for product knowledge training and developing the sales & marketing team and promoting team work.
- To assist in recruiting and training of new sales & marketing executives In Singapore.
- To ensure high quality of customer service to all sectors of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s clientele and to establish and develop customers liaison and support.
- To submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Group President & CEO and Directors on the status of marketing activities carried out by the Marketing Executives.
- Willing to work in clinic environment and outdoor clinic\xe2\x80\x99s visiting
- Enjoy interacting with clinic\xe2\x80\x99s staff and doctors
- Preferably with experience in Medical Laboratory industries.
- Possess own transportation
- Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 5.00 pm
- Saturday: 8.30 am to 1.00 pm
