As an early-stage marketer you\'ll lead decision-making on all aspects of the user journey. From building the conditions for right product-market fit, competitive positioning, and external communications, to distribution, growth strategy, and product feature prioritization - the playing field is wide open for a talented marketer to shape the product and its place in the world while cultivating a growing user base.
We are looking for a keen growth marketing manager who will scale growth marketing and life-cycle management at Arta. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you\'ll be responsible for creating and executing campaigns via both owned, earned, and paid channels that reinforce the value of the connections between Arta and its members.
What You Will Do
Plan and compose cross-channel lifecycle campaigns to drive user engagement and conversion
A/B test, track, and analyze campaign and creative performance to identify areas for improvement
Track the lead conversion funnel as potential members advance from stage to stage from signup to engaged to invested
Build and execute content roadmaps for audiences and business lines, synthesizing strategic objectives into actionable content plans
Craft effective copy and messaging, and provide feedback on external surfaces and the product to help guide the user experience
Work in tandem with Creative teams, Product experts, Engineering, Compliance, Membership Success, and others on the marketing team to bring your campaigns to life
Train, mentor, and operationalize processes, to ensure a high standard of campaign management is practiced by the entire team
Measure and share results of campaigns, acting on internal and external feedback to strengthen and evolve each campaign.
Who You Are
You have 3+ years of relevant growth marketing experience
You have impactful experiences in running growth marketing campaigns or managing life-cycle management, preferably in the finance or technology space.
You have a proven track record of not just executing campaigns, but have implemented improvements to processes and design. Bonus points for concepting and launching a few of your own.
You have demonstrable creative production and content creation skills that match messaging to the right audience.
Comfort and familiarity with tools to execute email campaigns, push notifications, social media platforms, and content management systems - and the aptitude to adapt to ones you may not have used before.
You like working with people, not just systems. You demonstrate a positive collaborative energy, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
You have an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving, with comfort in identifying and forming opportunities in a dynamic industry and fluid working environment
Native fluency in English, and have articulate written and verbal communication skills.
You have a Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent practical experience
