Bachelors Degree in Communication Arts, Advertising, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Marketing Management or a related field required
10 years of working experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry
Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
Expert in digital and direct response marketing with a demonstrated track record
Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution
Ability to lead in an environment of constant change
Experience in supervising and managing a professional staff composed of Brand Marketing Officers, Graphic Artists, and Marketing Associates
Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in marketing including PR, written communication, social media strategy, market research, product packaging, etc.
