We are one of AsiaaEUR(TM)s most prestigious Hermas boutiques with our flagship store located in the heart of Ginza, Tokyo. As JapanaEUR(TM)s #1 largest HermesaEUR(TM)s specialty store, we have a rare collection of Hermas bags with more than 400 items and handle over 4,000 Hermes bags, apparel, accessories and other rare collector items. We are one of the most trusted Hermas boutiques in Japan and Hong Kong.We have recently expanded our business to Singapore and we are looking for a highly self-motivated and high performing marketing manager to join our new team in Singapore You will thrive in this position if you are goals-driven, strategic and tactical and have a growth mindset. Working with the global team in Singapore and marketing team in Japan, this is a precious chance to gain international exposure and develop essential interpersonal skills in a global luxury brand.As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. You will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objective.Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute a corporate marketing plan for the brand
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to drive awareness, customer acquisition, social media followers, growth and retention, and ultimately to achieve marketing KPIs such as user base growth, conversation rate, revenue
  • Manage internal and external resources to ensure marketing & Public Relationship campaign to be rolled out as planned
  • Derive actionable insights from marketing and product data and take prompt actions in optimization growth hacking through constant testing to uncover new marketing opportunities
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Write and develop communications materials, including but not limited to drafting speeches, media releases, pitch notes, blog posts, social media content, managing media interviews, handle media queries, preparing corporate presentations and other communication materials, and organizing media and corporate events
  • Create compelling content across a variety of communications including but not limited to our social media channels on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Monthly Report
  • Work cross-functionally with Digital Marketing Manager on brand and influencer campaigns to executive effective marketing and PR strategy to grow brand awareness
  • Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
  • Plan marketing budget and analyze ROI of marketing investment and marketing performance
  • Oversee and grow marketing team department, managing a team of interns and identify strong KOLs, identify revenue and partnership opportunity
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external stakeholders, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5+ years of relevant marketing working experience, preferably in the luxury industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Proven track record of B2C marketing with successful executing premium luxury retail marketing plans and marketing campaigns
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English. Chinese is a big plus (as the founder and team communication is in Chinese)
  • Experience in budget planning
  • Strong project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward
  • Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web metrics, and sales metrics
  • Ability to calmly manage crisis and escalating issues to a manager
  • Organized, meticulous, results-oriented, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment
  • Creative thinker with a passion for story-telling and highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
