Job Description

-Activity

• Holds ultimate responsibility for the marketing activities across Asia, developing and delivering marketing plans with selected distribution partners & retailers in Asia.
• Working with the global marketing team to input into brand strategy and brand plans to represent the Asian consumer
• Responsible for translating global marketing plans into relevant programmes and activities; planning, coordinating and evaluating brand activities, ensuring compliance to statutory code/regulatory requirement and providing support services to Sales, to achieve company\'s marketing goals.
• Working closely with the cross-functional team and sales teams enabling to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations.

Strategy

• Refine & implement brand portfolio strategy for specific markets, working in collaboration with the global marketing team and inputting into product design for NPD
• Development and implementation of brands strategy, working in collaboration with the global marketing team.
• Develop the marketing strategy for new and existing products.
• Develop digital strategy; social media, online & e-commerce.
• Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.

Job Requirements:

• High level interpersonal skills, presentation skills and sound commerciality and judgement.
• Excellent time management, organisation and prioritisation.
• Proven skills in team leadership and developing individuals to achieve their full potential.
• Solid experience in building brand content and communication plans, particularly in an FMCG context
• Strong demonstrated knowledge of marketing techniques
• Solid experience in marketing and brand planning (FMCG experience preferred but not essential)
• Cross functional experience is desirable from Sales, Category or other commercial or creative brand roles.
