Job Description

• Provides leadership in the marketing team and comes up with different marketing strategies that are aligned with the company objectives and goals.
• Promote a business, product, or service
• Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.
• Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns.
• Manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff
• Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies.
• Works collaboratively across departments to ensure the implementation and development of integrated marketing initiatives and strategies.
• Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.
• Responsible for branding by conceptualizing ideas, strategies, and procedures in promoting a strong and positive perception of the company.
• Conducts different strategies for social media marketing.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Plans and drives different promotions programs by online advertising using social media and creating promotional videos.
• Reports developed plans and insights to the general manager and the team through email, phone calls, and meetings.
• Educates team members on different marketing strategies and procedures.
• Establishing and developing good working relationships with the customers and partner clients.
• Participates/leads different marketing events.

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php35,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per monthBenefits:
