Marketing Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Responsible for the external and internal promotion, marketing and sales programmes.Plan, execute, monitor and review promotional activities
Develop marketing and sales strategies and provide directions to support its implementation.
Responsible for business volume of the assigned range of programmes.
Effectively manage marketing and sales budgets of portfolio.
Involvement in marketing and sales campaigns, including advertising, exhibitions, food fairs and other publicity exercises.
Preparation of relevant reports crucial to the effective monitoring and evaluation of the sales performance and the programme intakes.
Continuously evaluate and progressively enhance all aspects pertaining to quality standards.
Regular updates and maintenance of store concept and display and ensure proper merchandising displays at all point-of-sales island–wide, and participate in roadshows and outdoor sales events
Conduct regular training and timely product launches and seminars
Develop a workable sales approach to penetrate the retail market in Singapore for the company’s product which are new in the market.
Participate in any ad-hocs sales and marketing activities assigned.
Pre-Requisites:
Possess at least a degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent
Minimum 5 years working experience in the sales and marketing of FMCGs/retail/F&B products.
Able to think and develop “out-of-box” sales and promotion strategies/plan
Aggressive and creative in converting opportunities into sales.
Confident in interacting with Senior Management, and making sales pitch at multi-levels
Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
Strategic thinker and strong interpersonal and communication skills and thrive in a collaborative culture
Highly motivated and result oriented.
