- Responsible for leading, planning and controlling the department.
- Will be responsible in developing marketing strategies, plans and programs that will build and strengthen the brand image of products and services through the use of media, merchandising, advertising and trade promotional programs.
- Must be able to market analysis on customer needs, brand equity and latest trends in the industry of construction, hardware, projects and distributorship.
- Responsible for new product development which includes packaging, costing, and other related matters.
- Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science or any relevant course.
- Must have at least 5 years of relevant work experience gained from a manufacturing industry.
- Highly analytical, strong creativity, ability to work under pressure and strong execution.
- Possess strong presentation, project management and leadership skills.
