Develop and drive branding, advertising, and promotional campaign to help achieve business results
Ensure that plans and messaging are aligned with business strategy, brand position and guidelines
Evaluate and optimise marketing campaigns, including defining success criteria, measuring effectiveness, and reporting on results
Support integrated marketing and communications across channels– internal, external, PR, digital, social, web, etc.
Analyse market trends and prepare forecasts
Develop and manage marketing department’s budget
Generate new business leads
Increase brand awareness and market share
Manage marketing department’s staff
Collaborate with different stakeholders e.g., agencies and internal teams, to develop key messages e.g., thought leadership, client success stories, and ensure successful implementation of marketing campaigns
Prepare and present reports to senior management
Keeping up to date with market developments and competitor strategies
Requirements will include:
You should preferably have a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
You have prior experience in a similar role
You have good knowledge on various aspects of marketing, including brand marketing, PR, content management, digital marketing & performance marketing
You have excellent written & verbal communication skills
You are proactive, take initiative, independent worker and can problem solve
You can lead a team
You thrive in different environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
