Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and drive branding, advertising, and promotional campaign to help achieve business results
• Ensure that plans and messaging are aligned with business strategy, brand position and guidelines
• Evaluate and optimise marketing campaigns, including defining success criteria, measuring effectiveness, and reporting on results
• Support integrated marketing and communications across channels– internal, external, PR, digital, social, web, etc.
• Analyse market trends and prepare forecasts
• Develop and manage marketing department’s budget
• Generate new business leads
• Increase brand awareness and market share
• Manage marketing department’s staff
• Collaborate with different stakeholders e.g., agencies and internal teams, to develop key messages e.g., thought leadership, client success stories, and ensure successful implementation of marketing campaigns
• Prepare and present reports to senior management
• Keeping up to date with market developments and competitor strategies

• You should preferably have a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• You have prior experience in a similar role
• You have good knowledge on various aspects of marketing, including brand marketing, PR, content management, digital marketing & performance marketing
• You have excellent written & verbal communication skills
• You are proactive, take initiative, independent worker and can problem solve
• You can lead a team
• You thrive in different environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
