Tao Li Swimming Club is one of the fastest-growing swim schools in Singapore. Established in 2017, we aim to provide quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities. The Swimming Club offers multiple swimming programs that cater to various learning needs and age groups. Swimmers may begin with Learn to Swim lessons to gain water confidence. After-which, they may transition over to our Competitive Training program. We are now expanding our operations to help more people attain greater swimming competency! A Global Sports Development Manager is needed to support our organisation's expansion plans. Roles and Responsibilities: To support the CEO with calendar calendar management. Schedule classes and coordinate meetings or other activities. To perform any other task or duties assigned by the CEO. To maintain high level of hospitality service to existing/incoming parents of TLSC students regarding enquiries or payment details. To maintain and update neat account(s) on attendances, coaches scheduling and invoices. To source and build up a pool of potential students for TLSC - in the Chinese and Singaporean market. To develop, plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for clients across different platforms based on demographics and effective market trend research. To achieve healthy student count for TLSC. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree and above. Related working experience/or knowledge on the marketing and business development processes in China and Singapore. Related working experience/or knowledge on sports management. Ability to create relevant and effective content for social media accounts and website copywriting. Ability to self-manage and to work independently with little supervision while meeting expectations and deadlines. Ability to adapt to fast changing environments. Ability to organise information effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and Google e.g., Excel Sheets, Word Documents & PowerPoint Presentations to facilitate work required
