Roles ResponsibilitiesThis position reports to the director and interfaces with Organisation managers and customers. Brilliant Floral Art Pte. Ltd. is committed to an employee-orientated, high performance culture that emphasises empowerment, quality, continuous improvement, and the recruitment and on-going development of a superior workplaceSpecific Responsibilities1.Trainee will be able to efficiently conduct market research to help define target markets, increasing and improving brand awareness, market share and generate new business marketing strategies.2.Trainee will be able to create and design thoughtful, market-appropriate content, posters, illustrations and other EDMS suitable to help boost the company's brand presence both traditionally and digitally.3.Trainee will be abke to produce valuable and engaging content and learn how to effeciently implement, execute and monitor progress of the marketing campaign.4.Trainee will learn how to build strategic relationships and maintain ongoing communication with vendors, suppliers and learn how to increase client engagement through online marketing strategies.Technical Skills and Competencies1. Analyzing market trends and preparations of forecasts 2. Competency in graphic design software (Photoshop/ Illustrations/ InDesign) 3. Implementation and Execution of Campaigns 4.
