Job Description
The Role
Execute and oversee various marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and establish a presence in the market online and offline - developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans to educate and attract our target audience to acquire potential customers and retain existing ones.
- To identify and understand the target audience and their needs
- Develop marketing plans and campaigns across different channels
- Plan and lead the execution of the campaigns from start to finish
- Analyse consumer insights and data from social channels monthly
- Extract key data for future campaign development
The Responsibilities Execute day-to-day marketing activities as well as long-term strategies to boost brand awareness and sales.
- Ideation of awareness/promotional posts for new products, new packages etc
- Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns
- Ideate and develop offline marketing plans
- Ideate collaterals for B2B marketing offline and online
- Gather insights to generate more leads and increase conversions
- Social media community management

- Proven experience OR qualification in Marketing
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Detail oriented
- Highly efficient and proactive
- Understand creative processes
