We are looking for with Marketing Manager with relevant experiences to join our team to help us our mission.

About the Company:
Alchemy Foodtech is a Singapore-based deep tech company with a mission to Make Carbs Good to help reduce the incidence and improve the management of chronic diseases such as diabetes. Our research combines with knowledge from food science and biochemistry to enable us to developed different blends of Alchemy Fibre™ that is proven to make carbs healthier. Alchemy Foodtech's flagship product, Alchemy Fibre For Rice, is sold in all major supermarket and e-commerce stores in Singapore. We are also currently working with established F&B establishments, retailers and manufacturers, such as Boon Tong Kee, Yu Kee, Yum Cha, Swee Heng and Lim Kee to create healthier foods for consumers. Our food technology is proven in both lab and human studies, and our research partners include NUS, NUH and a*star. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of brand vision, strategy, positioning and marketing mix for brand portfolio.
  • Implement strategic & tactical marketing initiatives i.e. product launch, advertising, sponsorship, events, social media and PR within relevant channels that can include Retail, E-commerce, Food Service, and other B2B partners.
  • Identify new opportunities that can influence brand growth.
  • Evaluate brand performance activities for brand portfolio.
  • Manage budget and profitability through cost, marketing spend control, pricing, and excise management.
  • Lead communication with respective Regional Brand teams/ Agencies.
  • Champion innovation in products and processes in order to achieve competitive advantage.
  • Build relations and work closely with external agencies to ensure optimum service levels and key metrics are delivered within agreed budgets.
  • Be the representative of the brand, and communicate effectively to target audience with team/agencies/partners.
  • Drive community engagement, awareness and conversion.
  • Work closely with the various business units to ensure brand and communication strategy is executed throughout the sales and supply chain.
  • Leadership of team, develop talent and taking firm calls on performance management.

Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or similar.
  • Experience within brand/marketing management (min 5-6 years) preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Management/leadership experience of min 2-3 years.
  • Experience on brand communication.
  • Experience of working with advertising, media agencies.
  • Experience with e-commerce sales and social media marketing.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute.
  • Team player, ability to develop strong working relationships.
  • Innovative and systematic person with sound analytical skills.
