MARKETING MANAGER

Responsibilities: As a Marketing Manager, you will lead a team in developing, implementing and executing strategic B2B marketing plans in order to maximise profits. You will lead the execution of marketing campaigns by ensuring that plans and messaging are aligned with business strategy, reinforce brand positioning with effective delivery to target audience, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration. You will analyse customer insights, market analysis and best practices to build successful strategies as well as establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts. Armed with an intimate understanding of the traditional and emerging marketing channels, you will design and deliver multi-channel, scalable and integrated marketing programmes, collaboratively with international stakeholders and marketing/creative teams. With extraordinary communication skills, you will be the brand champion across all our solutions which will be prevalent in the content across all marketing platforms.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing
  • At least 10 years’ experience in a similar role, with multi-countries exposure
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices, and digital media principles
  • Must have a cutting-edge interest in and be abreast with the fast-changing nature of social media
  • Experience in creative content writing
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Have a good eye and design savvy
