Roles Responsibilities
This position reports to the Human Resources (HR) director and interfaces with Organisation managers and HR staff. ISEMS PTE. Specific Responsibilities
1. Trainee will be able to oversee all marketing campaigns for the company and implement marketing strategies
Trainee will be able to review current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints
Trainee will be able to analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
2. Trainee will be able to promote brand awareness as well as company products and services with appropriate and effective measures
Trainee will be able to collaborate with key industries to boost company exposure and productivity
Trainee will be able to collaborate across teams to develop key messages for campaigns, programs, and content syndication
3. Trainee will be able to support integrated marketing and communications across a variety of channels and vehicles– internal, external, PR, digital, social, web, etc.
Trainee will be able to ensure that plans and messaging are aligned with business strategy, reinforce brand positioning, and are delivered effectively to targeted audiences
