Job Description

for Marketing Manager Ad: You will be responsible for the conceptualization and execution of marketing activities, content and campaigns to create awareness and drive leads for all venues. Well versed in the concept of digital marketing and branding, you also have a great passion beauty and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, execute and monitor overall marketing, communication, branding and promotion activities for various brands within the company

• Supervise the design and execution of marketing collaterals and digital marketing campaigns to Drive leads conversion

• Continuously monitor and improve marketing campaigns through overall measurement

• Develop and manage relationships with marketing partners to do joint promotions for the purpose of generating new quality leads

• Manage the group’s social media accounts

• Plan and manage A&P budgets to ensure adequate ROI for branding, marketing and sales driven initiatives

• Work with media on publicity events, e.g. awards

• Support in-house marketing campaigns (in-venue activations, email campaigns and content marketing, optimizing for performance along the way)

• Ensure accurate and effective customer communications on the Group websites

• Liaise with Finance to ensure timely invoicing and payments are received from retail partners
  

Requirements

• Minimum diploma or degree in related field with at least 3 years of experience working in an inhouse marketing role or in an agency environment
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. Proven experience in a digital role is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and excellent eye for details
• Analytical mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and takes ownership of work
• Comfortable with technology and learning new software
• Self-driven and enjoy working with teams
• Basic experience in using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong proficiency in English and working command of Mandarin
• Knowledge of WordPress/JavaScript/Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
