You will work closely with Management to formulate and create the Company's overall marketing strategy and plan. You will lead and manage marketing campaign creation and execution. Primary Responsibilities Formulate, Create the Company's marketing strategies and plans Effectively Execute the marketing and communication activities according to the Company's marketing plan Effectively execute and manage the Company's Digital Marketing platforms Effectively execute and manage the Company's PR and community outreach efforts Effective manage the Company's Marketing Performance Analytics and initiate performance improvement plans Effectively manage Marketing team Effectively Execute marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C segments Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 10+ years' experience in marketing Proven track record of successfully manage a Marketing team Min 5 - 7 years experience Luxury Brands marketing Strong analytical, critical, and out-of-the-box thinking skills Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills Compensation & Benefits Basic Salary: SGD5,000 - SGD6,500 Annual Discretionary Bonus Company Discounts & Perks Other Discretionary Performance Rewards schemes
