Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. Compiling lists describing our organisation's offerings. Developing and managing advertising campaigns. Organising company conferences, trade shows, and major events. Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish. Researching demand for the organisation's products and services. Evaluating competitors. Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing Job Requirements: At least 4-5 years in Catering Sales, Event Sales, F&B Sales, Hospitality or equivalent Interest and good understanding of the F&B Industry (Retail, Restaurant & Catering) Strong writing skills (Press releases and copywriting) Positive working attitude, self-driven and possess initiative Good understanding of end-to-end marketing (Partnerships, Advertising, Promotions, Digital Marketing, Public Relations and Customer Engagement & Retention) Keen eye for graphic visuals (POSM and Menu) Possess negotiation skills and ability to communicate well both with internal and external stakeholders Ability to multi-task and adapt to change quickly Creative thinker and strong ability to conceptualise designs and customer experience Creative, motivated, focused, flexible, team-oriented, with the ability to work within tight deadlines and communicate ideas effectively
