The Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing online-to-offline marketing campaigns, while managing and inspiring a team.

He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, planning long-term strategies, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.

Objectives of this Role

  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, across different channels and segments
  • Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, conduct market analysis and introduce marketing best practices
  • Create and execute go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Partner with email, social-media, performance marketing and web colleagues to design, test and evolve leads nurturing tactics
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
  • Develop creative briefs and plans to meet A&P objectives
  • Plan and oversee development of print, digital, and video assets
  • Conceptualise and execute multi-channel campaigns
  • Ensure alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal stakeholders
  • Participate in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions and generate more qualified leads
  • Review effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives and optimise plans accordingly
  • Present ideas and deliverables to internal and external stakeholders on marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
  • Preparation of monthly department progress report to management
  • Participate in any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications and Attributes
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, business, or related fields
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Proven experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Enthusiastic, creative and able to think out-of-the-box
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for details
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior industry experience a plus, but not a must
  • Open-minded, adaptable and proactive
  • Willingness to learn and be hands-on
  • Minimum 8 -10 years working experience
