Job Description


1. Role Description: This position reports to the Director and interfaces with other Senior Managers, staff and customers. This position will be incharge of the marketing strategies including budgeting, for the company, identify sales leads and maintain good working relationship internally and externally.

2. Specific Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategies to increase business opportunities by building and increasing exposure through web and social media channel and platforms. For example, monitor and ensure the design, contents, promotion activities, etc are well published in company website, FB and IG and other social media platforms.
  • Conduct market research, customer satisfaction survey and buyer behaviour studies as well as analyze the data captured to understand the existing/potential customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs and satisfaction level based on the current trend.
  • Create and maintain strong working relationships as well as work closely with the cross-functional departments/groups to plan, update and measure the performance of contents and marketing strategies used.
  • Plan, implement and execute overall company\'s sales and marketing strategies and Advertising & Promotion activities like launching of new menus or promotions.
  • Follow by the budget/allocations that has been set and achieve reduction in shrink budget objectives through disciplined buying and inventory management processes.
  • Lead & execute strategic marketing to drive continuous growth for the business. Ensure the development of suitable marketing training material and implementation for Operations.

3. Competencies to learn:
  • Experience with social media and advertising.
  • Knowledge of marketing trends and best practice as well as data driven with strong business acumen and analytic skills.
  • Relationship builder and constantly strives to establish good relationship internally and externally for the benefit of the company.
  • Knowing how to generate ideas and planning of marketing activities with the resources available.
  • Financial discipline and budget management skills.
  • Strategic planning experience & marketing management with ability to develop and rollout end-to-end marketing plans.

4. Duration of Traineeship/Attachment Offered: 6 months
