Marketing Manager Responsibilities and Duties

Gourmet Food Holdings Pte Ltd is looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to fast-track our company\xe2\x80\x99s growth. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company\xe2\x80\x99s customer acquisition funnel. You will manage and support the activities across all stages of the customer experience likes customer acquisition, activation, retention, and upselling. Working cross-functionally with the outlet management, graphic designer and marketing teams, you will design and implement data-driven growth initiatives while periodically reporting to the company director. You will monitor and manage our social media and web analytics and develop insightful report for the teams. Our ideal candidate for the role is an expert in digital marketing with prior experience in brand management. The candidate must be good in analytical and knowledgeable in using various analytic tools and platforms.

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns for all the brands under GFH, with a focus on content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising
  • Develop and implement a strategic integrated marketing communications plan and correlating expenditure budgets annually
  • Regularly define and identify most effective communication channels to promote existing products and services
  • Develop advertising opportunities (e.g. through specialist publications, radio or other media)
  • Develop and execute data-driven, brand-aligned digital marketing strategies for all online channels so that the company can build sustained, consistent, and growing revenue streams.
  • Develop a unified approach to the company\xe2\x80\x99s overall marketing efforts in collaboration with the social media, product, and design teams
  • Cultivate relationships with potential marketing partners, as well as explore new target markets and marketing avenues
  • Source for and promote events that will drive traffic to the F&B outlets and increase revenues
  • Create all brands marketing campaigns (in collaboration with relevant internal teams) that will be aimed at increasing brand awareness and engaging with existing audiences
  • Stay on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model changes, new tools, products, and features)
  • Handle and coordinate all media requests, media releases, enquiries and presentations -hosting media, influencers and VIPS to drive quality media and impactful word of mouth
  • Leverage analytic tools (Google Analytics, Think with Google, and Google Trends) during market research to find ways to enhance the company\xe2\x80\x99s marketing efforts
  • Ensure the company blog, social media accounts, and website are continuously updated and optimized to provide a great user experience
  • Compile performance reports to brief executive leadership on marketing initiatives and product performance and provide recommendations on improvement strategies
  • Evaluate and prepare reports showing the results of marketing campaigns (return on investment, effectiveness, feedback, etc.)
  • Reporting to the company Director and Operation Directors
