The Job
Responsibilities:
Hands-on management and optimization of paid media channels such as paid search, paid social, content syndication, EDMs
Leverage qualitative and quantitative research and data to guide marketing strategy
Maintain SEO for all digital assets as part of the holistic SEM strategy
Day-to-day campaign bid management and execution tactics across multiple platforms to exceed goals and maximize return on ad spend
Ensure all digital campaigns are delivered according to brief, on time, and within budget
Utilize data insights to collaboratively determine best action plans
Manage all phases of the project life cycle including: initiation, planning, execution, and closing
Creation of formal project plans including scope, schedule, critical path, milestones, and risk assessment
Accountable for effective end-to-end execution of project plans
Identify issues, facilitate resolution, and make necessary adjustments to plans
Establish, monitor, and report key project performance metrics
Project status updates within core team and to leadership, as directed
Assist teams in developing effective business case for new projects
Collect and translate data into actionable insights
Prepare, or automate the preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, yearly and ad-hoc reports to drive traffic, increase sales revenue and enhance processes
Make recommendations based on past performance & predict trends
Utilize data insights to collaboratively determine the best actions for the business
Other tasks may be assigned as the business grows and the role evolve to adapt to business needs
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or other related fields
4-6 years of Media Planning or Digital Marketing experience with at least 1 year of people management experience
A strong hands-on understanding of social media advertising across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tiktok)
Experience with email marketing flows and automations
Experience with product marketing across various geographies and platforms
Competitive and performance driven by nature, unable to settle for mediocre results
Experience in marketing fashion, jewelry, or other B2C/D2C brands
A firm understanding of how to create an Omnichannel / 360 degree marketing experience
Intermediate Website Analytics Skills (mostly in Google Analytics)
Project Management and Vendor / Agency management experience
Keyword Research skills
Experience working on a Performance Media (SEM and Social) strategy
A proven track record of working with budgets above US$1M and experience with budget allocation and optimization
Familiarity with performance KPIs: ROAS, CPA, CPC, CPI, CPM, Attribution and LTV
Hands-on mentality, an analytical and structured way of working, with advanced problem-solving and logical thinking skills
Verbal & written fluency in English, additional languages is a plus
