1. Role Description This position is responsible for developing and executing promotional strategies aligned and in conjunction with the sales strategy that drive client acquisition, client satisfaction and retention. This position reports to the director and will be involved all aspects of marketing for all products of the company.
2. Specific Responsibilities Individual to be involved in:
Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
Generating new business leads.
Increasing brand awareness and market share.
Coordinating marketing strategies with the management team.
3. Competencies
Able to facilitates communicating with a rangeAble to facilitates communicating with a range of stakeholders and people, both internally and externally.
Ability to cooperate on business and communications strategy, digital strategies, campaign planning, and resource usage in a matrixed setting.
Learning of various marketing disciplines, integrated marketing and communications & media relations and product management.
Capability to have influence over business outcomes by utilising various marketing levers.
