This position is responsible for the planning and execution of Marketing and Communications activities for Creative Eateries\xe2\x80\x99 restaurant brands.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In charge of planning and executing end-to-end marketing for Creative Eateries\xe2\x80\x99 17 brands (Restaurant & Catering)
Drive and lead partnerships on both brand and group level
Ensure media exposure of brands through Media and PR activations (Food Tasting) and/or through partnership channels
Drive acquisition for Creative Eateries Membership Privilege (CE members) and manage database.
Strategize regular engagement campaigns (via eDMs, SMS, In-store) for CE members that drive spending and increase customer retention
Source and curate exclusive non-dining and/or lifestyle privileges for CE members
Track and analyse marketing KPIs \xe2\x80\x93 present findings and strategic plans for management
Develop promotional strategies based on daily sales reports and monthly marketing reports
Manage digital marketing campaigns Social Media, SEO and SEM
Oversee planning and execution of restaurant events both revenue driven and/or marketing driven
Conduct meetings with the graphic designer and marketing team to follow up work progress, conceptualise menus and POSM etc.
Plan and strategize BTL media buys and maintain close relationship with media stakeholders.
Ad hoc assist in digitalisation of processes across group
Review partnerships yearly with management
Assist in brainstorming dining concepts with marketing team and management
Assist with internal food photoshoots and set the design direction of marketing materials
Manage a team of passionate marketing and communications executives
Participate and provide inputs during internal food tastings
Ad hoc assistance to regional outlets
Other duties as may be assigned along with the progress of the company
REQUIREMENTS
Degree/ Diploma in Business, Marketing or Liberal Arts
Min 5 years of experience in related field
Interest and good understanding of the F&B Industry (Restaurant & Catering)
Strong writing skills (Press releases and copywriting)
Positive working attitude, self-driven and possess initiative
Good understanding of end-to-end marketing (Partnerships, Advertising, Promotions, Digital Marketing, Public Relations and Customer Engagement & Retention)
Keen eye for graphic visuals (POSM and Menu)
Possess negotiation skills and ability to communicate well both with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to multi-task and adapt to change quickly
Creative thinker and strong ability to conceptualise designs and customer experience
Working after hours and weekends may be required for events
Creative, motivated, focused, flexible, team-oriented, with the ability to work within tight deadlines and communicate ideas effectively
Possesses own laptop with Microsoft Office
