Marketing Manager oversee a company\'s marketing department staff. They ensure the team is effectively promoting the company and its merchandise and targeting the correct and appropriate audience in their campaigns. They keep their teams motivated and encourage creativity and innovation.
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Reach out and foster relationships with different levels of medical doctors and medical groups.
Overall ensures customer experiences across the paid and organic touch points is seamless.
Leverage qualitative and quantitative research and data to guide marketing strategy and product enhancements.
Monitor trends and competitor activity to identity opportunities that can differentiate the brand.
Supervise and guide marketing executive(s) in execution of projects and initiatives.
Requirements
Curious and passionate about building brands through digital and partnerships
Hands-on, driven, growth mindset and accountable for outcomes
Able to upskill with evolving digital marketing landscape to bring in creative/fit for purpose solutions for the organisation
Demonstrable experience of all paid advertising tactics esp. social media, search and content marketing
Strong experience is building social media presence for brands from scratch
Strong copy writing skills to engage with consumer while repurposing content for social, SEM and other advertising tactics
3 years of working experience across all areas of digital marketing. Preferably in Healthcare or media agencies
Good understanding of UI/UX and how digital/martech/adtech platforms work including web CMS, prototyping tools, google analytics, marketing automation and CRM
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical esp. senior stake holders
Strong tenacity, flexible & resourceful to clear roadblocks and maturity to manage stakeholders & external agencies and partners
Ability to self-motivate and work independently in a fluid environment and comfortable with multi-tasking
