Job Description
- Responsible for developing online/offline courses market for students in Singapore and China
- Promoting our courses on different platforms like WeChat, Little Red book, etc
- Providing quality customer service, including interacting with potential customers via email, live-chat, over the phone and face to face
- Providing consulting service for potential customers, explaining our course information.
- Documentation of issues as well as following up and arrangement of post-sales servicing
