The Marketing Manager position is a function which will drive, strengthen existing business, and support further expansion efforts in the Asian region. Based on the relationships formed by this role, the role will introduce Bunge's FRM team to existing clientele to offer other Bunge financial services such as financial risk management tools, credit facilities.

The role will focus on servicing and expanding marketing and distribution business in established and new markets identified by the direct manager. The role's key responsibility is to manage and grow existing customer relations and developing deeper cooperation and partnership with customers in Asia.

Identify and recommend marketing strategies for the allocated countries/territories products/services offerings, supply/demand intelligence and marketing program, distribution, and logistics arrangements. This position reports to the Distribution Director- Wheat & Barley.

Main Accountabilities:

• Implement strategies to achieve sales volume targets in accordance with the forecast.

• Manage execution & team to achieve PNL targets in accordance with the forecast.

• Provide best in class market intelligence to the Wheat/Value chain with respect to competition prices, coverage, forward purchases, and emerging trends.

• Build strong relationship with segmented customer to increase service offerings.

• Proactively participate in Global VC & SND calls.

• Proactively manage position limits and MTM reporting.

• Proactively work to manage execution logistics and vessel placements to manage VC and customer expectations.

• Pro-actively work with customers and TSF/FRM to track and achieve targets.

Knowledge and Technical Competencies:

• Commercial contract terms.

• Price formulation ( Flat price, basis , CNF)

• Technical specifications.

• Ocean freight terms.

• Commercial reporting.

Education/Experience:

• Commercial degree ( business or economics)

• An industry domain expert with strong experience in managing large country/Regional businesses with 7-10 years relevant experience in trading environment
