Job Description

Works collaboratively with local, regional, and national partners/vendors to build awareness, increase exposure and demand generation for the restaurants Performance and Reporting Analyzes restaurants and bars statistical data and reports to look for opportunities to grow F&B revenue Tracks media coverage, social engagement and customer sentiment online through monthly KPI reports that are shared with owner Leverages media and influencers in line with marketing strategies and in line with the target customer profile Conducts site inspections with visiting journalists / influencers and entertain as appropriate to drive F&B messaging Organizes media events, Chef\xe2\x80\x99s Tables etc. to launch and / or promote the outlets and new promotions as appropriate Tracks and prepares F&B Award Submissions as applicable Work closely with Operation team to come out with cost effective and efficient marketing activities Responsible to oversees press release, marketing collaterals, articles, corporate video, brochures, and presentation materials Generate marketing reports for management to review Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

CANDIDATE PROFILE REQUIREMENTS At least 8-10 years of marketing experience, ideally at some point in a restaurant/bars led organization Has genuine interest in F&B, lifestyle, nightlife and Korean restaurant. Strong network of connections is an asset, including media, bloggers, social influencers and industry partners Exemplary writing and editing skills Google Analytics, and social media channels Proven track record in managing and executing multiple initiatives Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
