Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to Product team
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reporting to internal and external vendors
• Input and process orders into the system with complete accuracy in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with procedures and effective us of control checks at all times
• The role will be required to carry out administrative / processing task within other areas of the business on an ad-hoc basis.
• Engage effectively with internal stakeholders in sales and marketing teams and external vendors

• Great organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload whilst working to tight timescales.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels and is accurate and professional in communications.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative to achieve common goals
• Strong PC skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel are essential.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Resilient in changing and demanding circumstances.
• Experience in working in a fast pace environment
