Marketing Operations includes the people, processes, technology, and data that support marketing strategies and campaigns. To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in overseeing those components to help BytePlus marketing department operate efficiently and cohesively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and implement marketing department processes and procedures and adherence to processes.
  • Facilitating marketing annual and bi-annual planning processes, ensuring tracking of activation of marketing planning globally
  • Build global and regional marketing dashboard to monitor campaign performance and leads conversion
  • Gather reporting insights, run deep-dive analyses, generate reporting cadence and translate dashboards into insights and concrete action points.
  • Create lead management processes that can scale alongside the business, notably in developing advanced lead and account-based scoring methodologies.
  • Create and implement lead scoring and account scoring measures to increase conversion.
  • Generate and updating metrics on lead status, pipeline, revenue generation, and customer cost of acquisition (CAC).
  • Develop multi-touch attribution modelling. Provide insights on marketing channel contributions to closed won business and pipeline.
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimise marketing team performance.
  • Manage and support the marketing technology ecosystem, including Pardot along with selection of new technologies.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to further detail the effectiveness of our marketing strategy
  • Ensures impact-level marketing measurement and executive reporting on marketing’s contribution to the business
  • Coordinates the budget strategy and manages the budget allocation and reconciliation process
  • Ensures that marketing measurement drives performance review of key functions and campaigns
  • Leads data strategy development and infrastructure deployment, including technology ownership and marketing process governance
  • Delivers effective communications for technology implementation, data policy, and process reengineering within marketing

Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of experience in a relevant role
  • Ability to translate business objectives into marketing goals, measurements and operational requirements
  • Analytical thinker with a natural curiosity and ability to map strategy to tactics as well as translate quantitative data into actionable recommendations
  • Ability to solve problems/meet goals in creative ways with limited resources
  • Ability to identify and use resources outside direct reporting structure
  • Business acumen and strategic planning process
  • Budget Allocation Model
  • Campaign Framework and Aligned Measurement Framework
  • B2B marketing domain knowledge, particularly in demand generation workflows and marketing best practices
  • Expertise in different Marketing technologies and CRM tools and its applications e.g. Pardot, Salesforce, etc
