The world of corporate real estate marketing is changing, and so are the needs of our clients and prospects. CBRE Singapore Pursuits team has an exciting entry-level role for a creative and innovative Content Specialist to join the team. The CBRE Singapore Pursuits organization is a team with an exceptional track record of winning business across the business development, pitch and Request for Proposal (RFP) process.

We are looking for a reliable and passionate candidate that possesses strong interpersonal skills and is comfortable supporting a variety of business lines within CBRE. We need someone with a passion for diagnosing RFP\'s, strong writing skills, client-orientated thinking, and would welcome the opportunity to work with our most senior leaders on the market\'s biggest deals with fast-paced timelines.

Responsibilities

SS Primarily responsible for authoring content in our pitches and proposals.

SS Supporting the team to understand the client\'s challenges, combine this with an understanding of our service lines capabilities, and write the perfect pitch to win business.

SS Work closely with the wider Pursuit team and business lines to stitch together stories for our clients on pitches and pursuit documents.

SS Liaising with the research team or other supporting functions to incorporate relevant market research/content to create a compelling proposal

SS Provide a consistent level of service that meets Pursuit Management\'s high standards of excellence

SS Proactively keeping your own schedule as new assignments come through and liaise with and managing internal and external stakeholders as required

SS Assist to implement and drive CBRE\'s global sales methodology - Finishing First - making it a consistent way of life across the Singapore business.

Key Requirements

SS Bachelor\'s degree in communication, business marketing or design

SS Strong ability for storytelling

SS Strong attention to detail

SS Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential

SS Proactive and resourceful approach to work

SS Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity

SS The capacity to work independently and collaboratively

SS Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in order to meet deadlines

SS Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy

SS Ability to work flexible hours if required to support critical deadlines

Experience

SS Strong interest in real estate preferred

SS Any content related background is welcomed, but ideally in a pitch or proposal-based role

SS Digital publishing experience also a plus
