Job Description
$6K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: NorthResponsibilities
- Strong marketing & presentation preparations skillsets.
- Build strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers for Security and ELV Systems in local market.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.
- Collaborate with various internal departments and consultants to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests and focus on improving the customers\' experience.
- Resolve complaints and keep track of all processes that pertain to the client\'s desires.
- Build and strengthen the relationship with M&E consultants, contractors and developers.
- Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs to ensure the KPIs are met.
- Prepare quotations, tender compliances and marketing proposals.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
