• Conceptualise and implement integrated marketing plans and campaigns (eg marketing communications, digital and social media marketing, website, customer relationship management and webinars/events/activities) to ensure consistency with the company's brand and image.
• Work closely with brand, online, marketing, operations and sales leaders to ensure consistent execution to meet financial objectives.
• Conduct market research and tracking campaign results
• Keep abreast of technological developments in the market and monitor the competitive landscape to position favorably

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or Business Admin or any relevant studies
• 2 to 4 years of relevant 360 marketing experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, and a good team-player
• Able to manage timelines well in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in Preschool education, enrichment, medical and/or allied health industry is a bonus.
